To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Wyoming Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Log of requests submitted under the Wyoming Public Records Act to the Department of Environmental Quality that lists the date of request, the requester's name, the requester's organizational affiliation, a description of the request and whether or not the request was ultimately fulfilled. Ideally I would like this information for the period from 2013 to the present.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Attached is an excel spreadsheet of all records requests made through our
online portal. You will notice that they go back to 2/11/2015. At that time
older requests were added into the system. Currently we are not tracking on
this database if requests have been fulfilled. We hope to have a better
reporting system in the coming year. This is the only information we have
available at this time.
