It appears that the documents you are asking for were not filed independently-they do not appear on the Index of Pleadings-must be attachments to other pleadings. I will search the record and then let you know how much the copying charge will be, which must be paid before I can provide the records. The record from the Commission is a paper record.

Good Morning-
One question, item 6. Jones Deposition-are you looking for a deposition or affidavit? I found the latter, but no deposition. If you are certain there was a deposition filed, I will look through the record once again.
Assuming item 6 is an affidavit, it will cost $64.50 to copy these materials (129 pages at $.50 per page)

Thanks for that. I assumed it was a Deposition, as that is how it is referred to in the documents submitted by the parties to the Supreme Court, so perhaps it was an error on their part.
