FOIA request for FRC and Tony Perkins communications

Dear Mr. Barrouquere:

The Governor's Office received your public records request on December 27,
2018. You ask for copies of records between Anthony Richard "Tony" Perkins
and the Family Research Council and the Wyoming Governor's Office between
January 14, 2011 and the present.

It is unknown at this time if the Governor's Office is the custodian of any
records that may be responsive to your request. However, if we are the
custodian of the records, they are either in active use or storage. We are
in the process of determining whether we are the custodian of the requested
documents. When we determine if we have any responsive documents, we will
notify you.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and
this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform
