Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

This request pertains to the February 19th 2017 Antifascist protest that took place in downtown Worcester.

-Photos taken during the event, February 19th 2017
-Situational awareness reports for February 17th through February 19th 2017
-Open source intelligence related to the event. The date range for this is 1/1/17 - 2/22/17
-Threat assessments for the protest
-After action reports from February 19th 2017
-Incident reports from February 19th 2017
-Staffing directives for the protest on February 19th 2017
-Equipment compilations for February 19th 2017
-Complaints to the department on February 18th to February 19th 2017
-Use of force complaints from February 19th 2017

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest, as suggested but not stipulated by the recommendations of the Massachusetts Supervisor of Public Records. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

I expect the request to be filled in an accessible format, including for screen readers, which provide text-to-speech for persons unable to read print. Files that are not accessible to screen readers include, for example, .pdf image files as well as physical documents.
