Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

As a member of the media I am requesting these material on behalf of the general public and intend to share any released material with the public and do not intent to hoard the information solely for personal use.

The material I am requesting is:

Dash cam footage (including audio ) and/or body- cam footage (including audio) of the arrest of Kurt Steven Angle who was charged with Driving While Intoxicated on August 02, 2013. Booking Number: 78562.

I am also requesting all written/typed material relating to this arrest, including arrest records and/or incident reports.

As a member of the media and because I plan to release this information to the public, free of charge, I ask that fee's be waived in this case.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
