Any and all records, memos, and electronic communications from 2015 to the present (e.g. text messages and emails) of Governor Scott Walker, the Governor's Chief of Staff, assistants, Legal Counsel, Communications Director and communications staff, Scheduler, Secretary and staff of the Governor’s Office of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, Secretary and staff of the Governor’s Office of Safety and Professional Services, director of economic policy and staff, Secretary and staff of the Governor's Office of Revenue, secretary and staff of the Governor's Office of Transportation, secretary and staff of the Governor's Office of Workforce Development, Research Director and research staff, Director and staff of Office of Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, Lieutenant Governor Rebecca Kleefish, Lieutenant Governor Chief of Staff and staff, assistants, Lieutenant Governor Deputy Chief of Staff & Policy Director and staff, Lieutenant Governor Communications Director and staff, referencing, related to, concerning or containing mention of any of the following: the Supreme Court's decision in Janus v. AFSCME, Janus, Mark Janus, right-to-work or right to work legislation, right-to-work or right to work policies, right-to-work or right to work court rulings, RTW, labor, unions, agency fees, AFSCME, SEIU, AFT, NEA, Milwaukee Teachers Education Association, MTEA, Badger Institute, Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty, MacIver Institute for Public Policy, School Choice Wisconsin, collective bargaining, union contracts, Freedom Foundation, American Legislative Exchange Council, ALEC, State Policy Network, SPN, Americans for Prosperity, Bradley Foundation, AFL, or the Mackinac Center.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
