Pursuant to Wisconsin's Open Records act, I hereby request the following records:

Any body camera footage taken from the Standing Rock protests. The date range for this request would be 10/1/16 to 12/20/16.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Mr. Waltman,

This is a response to an Open Records Request we received from you on March 7th, 2017.

You request, "Any body camera footage taken from the Standing Rock protests. The date range for this request would be 10/1/2016 to 12/20/2016."

This request is denied as those records don't exist. The Wisconsin State Patrol does not use body cameras.

If you have any questions please let me know. Also, if you could respond that you receive this response I would appreciate it as you state this is your preferred method of us responding. In the past, I have sent things to you and received follow up requests for the same information.
