Pursuant to the Wisconsin Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All reports, communications, documents regarding Rosemary Marie Kennedy from 1941 until her death in 2005.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Chelsea, St. Coletta of Wisconsin maintains no record in any form of her time here. Several years ago at the family's request, all of her original records were returned to the family with the request we retain nothing. As a private pay family we complied. The only venue I could suggest is to contact the Kennedy family attorney. Thanks, Ted
