Request for complete email thread, regarding email titled "Re: letter.governor.evers.KB.Edits.docx"

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Wisconsin Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

The complete email thread that includes the email sent from Assembly Speaker Robin Vos to Jenny Toftness (with Kit Beyer and Heather Smith carbon copied (CC'ed) on the email) on April 1, 2020 at 9:30 pm*, with a subject line of "Re: letter.governor.evers.KB.Edits.docx". In particular, I am asking for the portion of the thread that chronologically follows the aforementioned email, if that portion of the thread exists, as well as any attachments to any of the emails in the thread.

Speaker Vos's office sent me a PDF copy of the aforementioned email on August 11, 2020 in response to a previous Wisconsin Open Records Act request.

*The time listed here is the time that appeared on the PDF copy of the email I was sent in response to my Wisconsin Open Records Act request. I assume the time that appears on the email is Central Time, since Wisconsin is entirely within Central Time.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
