Pursuant to Wisconsin's Open Records act, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting any and all documents that your agency retains regarding the 2016 Republican National Convention (RNC) held in Cleveland, Ohio. In particular, this request is for all records included but not limited to correspondence, memorandum of understandings (MOU), electronic data, e-mails, photographs, intelligence data, notes or other materials.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

I am writing to inform you that the Wisconsin State Patrol has received your Open Records Request. It is our normal policy to respond to these within 10 business days. Looking at the scope of information you are looking for I want you to know that we will not be able to have all the information to you in that timeframe. Since there will be a fair amount of time that will be spent on this request we will send you an estimate of the amount of time it will take along with the cost associate to fulfill your request.

What would the costs be if I narrowed this request to only copies of the memorandum of understandings (MOU) and/or Mutual Aid Agreements between the Wisconsin State Patrol and any other law enforcement agencies or government entities?
