To Whom It May Concern:
I wanted to follow up on the following Wisconsin Open Records Act request, copied below, and originally submitted on Jan. 9, 2019. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response.
Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.
From: Office of the Governor - Wisconsin
Dr. Mr. Barrouquere:
The 1/9/19 records request below has been received. A response will be provided as soon as practicable and without delay.
In accordance to Section 19.35(3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, the Office of the Governor can charge for the costs of copying, mailing, and/or locating the records due to open records requests. Section 19.35(3)(f) allows the Office of the Governor to require prepayment for these costs if the total amount exceeds $5.00. An estimate will be sent and if pre-payment is required, no action will be taken until payment is remitted. If, upon completing the response to this request, it is determined the estimated amount is insufficient to cover the actual costs of copying, mailing, and/or locating the requested records, you will be asked to pay the remainder before they are sent to you.
If your request for records is denied, you will receive a letter with the rationale. Pursuant to Section 19.35(4)(b) of the Wisconsin Statutes, the Office of the Governor's decision to deny your request is subject to review by mandamus under Section 19.37(1) of the Wisconsin Statutes, or upon application to the attorney general or to your local district attorney.
In the meantime, please feel free to contact me with any questions you might have. My apologies for any delay in acknowledging this request.

Dear Mr. Barroquere:
I am writing to update you on your current public records request. We continue to work hard at filling the many public record requests received during these first seven weeks of the Administration, along with requests that were submitted to the Office of the Governor, but not addressed, prior to the Walker Administration's departure.
In the meantime, please do not hesitate to reach out to me for any questions, concerns, or comments. We appreciate your patience, and apologize for any inconvenience.
Best,
Erin Deeley
