Hi,
This report states that 22 hospitals have been fined for not following the law: http://host.madison.com/wsj/news/local/health-med-fit/st-mary-s-other-hospitals-fined-for-not-obeying-emergency/article_83df966a-5d0a-57bd-ab8d-2a6b02f4bd7e.html
I'm wondering where the discrepancy is coming from?
Thanks,
Vanessa

Vanessa,
Your open records request (actually information request) stated specifically that you were looking for a list of Wisconsin hospitals found in violation of the law requiring sexual assault victims to receive emergency contraception upon request. Based on that request, the list we provided is correct. However, there are various aspects of this law for which a hospital could be cited, and those violators are included in the Wisconsin State Journal article.
