I am requesting the health district school cafeteria inspection reports for all of the schools within the Humboldt County School District for the past six years (2014-2020).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Good afternoon Joanna,
I just received your fax from the superintendent's secretary this
afternoon, I apologize for not receiving it sooner. Attached are all
reports from 2016-current for Humboldt County School District in Nevada.
When I entered into this position there were no current records left in
this office so this is all I have and our superintendent Dr. Jensen
requested we forward what we do have. Please let me know if you have any
questions and I will answer anything that I can for you Joanna.
