Police video and audio recordings can only be obtained through a court order. NC law prohibits us from releasing the said video without a judge's order.

The only documents we are able to release under the judge's order are on this link on our website. We made this information public yesterday.

I have looked there - Please cite statutory justification for your refusal to provide each record I have requested earlier, and any records below that you intend to withhold.

Please also provide copies of:
- a copy of the "judge's order" you just referenced and all motions or briefs filed by the City or Police Department within the proceeding resulting in said order
- a copy of any textual transcriptions held by the department of the referenced audio/video recordings (note such transcripts are not the recordings themselves and should be released)
- a copy of the incident report and all associated statements for the arrest by Moore referenced in the 20IA007 report
