Pursuant to North Carolina Public Records Law (G.S. §§ 132-1 through 132-10), I hereby request the following documents:
All correspondence between the email address mike.mcgill@cfpua.org and other email accounts since January 1, 2012 relating to or describing the following:
1. Chemicals collectively identified by DuPont Company and The Chemours Company FC, LLC as GenX;
2. Chemicals that are structurally or functionally or otherwise similar to GenX.
We seek the initial correspondence as well as any response, follow-up, or attachment to the correspondence.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

I’ve received three requests for emails from your group and will be processing them through our IT department in the order received. Can you clarify if the request below is for Michael Richardson emails or Mike McGill emails? I received a request from you for Mr. Richardson’s emails on June 22, so I’m not sure if this is a duplicate request or for Mr. McGill’s emails.
