Pursuant to North Carolina Public Records Law (G.S. ยงยง 132-1 through 132-10), I hereby request the following documents:
All Wilmington Police Department calls for service to the Cape Fear Country Club. Please include, but do not limit this request to, all calls for service or assistance to the address 518 Country Club Road
Wilmington, NC 28403, and include related police reports. This request is for records created and/or collected from January 1, 2010 to present.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.
