Pursuant to North Carolina Public Records Law (G.S. ยงยง 132-1 through 132-10), I hereby request the following documents:
All correspondence between the email address Ben.Kearns@cfpua.org and other email accounts since January 1, 2012 relating to or describing the following.
1. Chemicals collectively identified by DuPont Company and The Chemours Company FC, LLC as GenX;
2. Chemicals that are structurally or functionally or otherwise similar to GenX.
We seek the initial correspondence as well as any response, follow-up, or attachment to the correspondence.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Hello,
We received the follow up email on two of your FOIA requests concerning Mr. Richardson and Mr. Kearns. We have received those requests, and are working on fulfilling them. Due to the size of the request, and the number of requests we have received in general, we will not be able to meet the requested 10 business day turnaround time.
We will continue to work diligently to fulfill the request, and will send them as soon as possible.
