Ms. Lipton,

In addition to the information provided below I was just told there is information that may be responsive to your request for "all invoices/receipts detailing compensation received as a result of any agreements." I have been informed by the auditor's office that this information is voluminous and contains information that will potentially need to be redacted. The preliminary estimate of how many pages exist is somewhere over 1000. In the event this information is to be turned over I will need to print out pages with information that requires redaction and then scan them in. This will result in a fee being charged depending on how many pages need to be printed.

Please confirm whether or not you still want to receive this information. Upon hearing from you we will finish compiling the information, I will look at it and provided you with a written estimate of the cost.

Thank You,

David Brown

Hello Ms. Leonard,

Thanks so much for your letter. I'm interested in whatever invoices or reports detail any financial transactions between the County and the company, including any fees, fines, or deductions. This needn't be every invoice but might also be satisfied by a comprehensive spreadsheet, if available. I'm interested in such information for as long as the facility has been in operation, but I understand that might not be practicable, and I'd be happy to further discuss, if need be.

Thanks again! Have a lovely afternoon!
Beryl
