Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Video and audio stemming from an incident in Cedar Park involving a Sherre Whitney Johnston, of Lorena, Texas.
We are asking for this information as a case was transferred from Williamson County to McLennan and somehow cannot be found, this along with others and new indictments without conviction are in the public interest and it would seem many things stem from the incident in Cedar Park.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Sherre Johnston has over six DWI's. Burglary of a shed. Carrying contraband into a correctional facility, unlawfully carrying a weapon, yet still walks around with nothing. As Muckrock Staff can see from the DPS record and others, including the video from Robinson, Texas, something is not right. Sherre Johnston in the video asks for "Parnell, Chris Eubanks, and Abel Reyna" , the Sheriff, a deputy and the then DA. She also offers to write the DPS Trooper a check. IF this isn't important to the public and McLennan County, what is? Or do Sheriffs just stick together? How many more films have Sherre Johston asking for the Sheriff and also bribing Troopers and policemen which never goes anywhere either. This is wrong on many levels and the public deserves to see these films to see if MORE bribery is going on by this woman who is the Sheriff's girlfriend and has been for twenty five years.
