Pursuant to the The Kansas Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. All documents signed with procurement software or software to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP this agency uses or used in the past five years.

Additionally, if possible, please answer the following four questions:
a. What is the name of the procurement software you use (or the name of the software you use to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP)?
b. What is the annual cost for this software?
c. When did the most recent contract with the software provider begin?
d. Do you use your ERP system to manage the process of RFI, RFQ, RFP?

If there are any fees required to fulfill this request, please let me know in advance of fulfilling my request.

Good morning. The Purchasing Department of the City of Wichita has received your KORA request. You are asking for all document signed with procurement software or software to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP this agency uses or used in the past five years.

The following information can be found on the City's web site, www.wichita.gov<http://www.wichita.gov> Go to City Council and look at the minutes from June 14, 2016. City Council approved a new HR/Payroll/Finance ERP system. You may view the agenda, contracts, and any other minutes.

Additionally, if possible, please answer the following four questions:
a. What is the name of the procurement software you use (or the name of the software you use to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP)? Tyler-Munis from Tyler Technologies-see City Council minutes
b. What is the annual cost for this software? See contract for pricing in City Council minutes
c. When did the most recent contract with the software provider begin? Contract was approved 6/14/2016. The City went live on 1/2/2020 with the new system
d. Do you use your ERP system to manage the process of RFI, RFQ, RFP? Yes
