Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Dispatch Audio and video from the patrol car of Officer Brent Bradner's (14-2) dash camera on 7/23/14 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. and also documents indicating the name of his patrol partner
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

We have received the attached records access mail requests from your news agency (See attachment).
In one of the requests you had requested "A copy of the dispatch audio and other communications (including text, email, phone logs, etc.) resulting in the presence of Officer Jeff Lanigan at a public meeting on 08/06/14 from 6 p.m. to 6:45 p.m."
- The Wheat Ridge Police Department does not have an Officer Jeff Lanigan employed with our agency - therefore we cannot release any information.
In the second request, you had requested "Dispatch Audio and video from the patrol car of Officer Brent Bradner's (14-2) dash camera on 7/23/14 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. and also documents indicating the name of his patrol partner"
- The Wheat Ridge Police Department's police vehicles are not equipped with dash cameras.
- According to the patrol schedule, Officer Brent Bradner was partnered up with his training officer, Officer Talon Darling, on this date.
If requesting Police Dispatch radio audio, please submit a new request form (If possible indicate a specific incident). Note: Dispatch Audio Recordings are $17.50 for the first 30 minutes ($8.50 each additional 15 minutes).
