The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The Town has reviewed your request, and based upon its initial review, anticipates that it has records responsive to your request. Responsive records subject to mandatory disclosure under the Public Records Law will be provided upon payment of any applicable fees.(see below) Where permitted by law, however, such records or material contained therein may be withheld or redacted under any of the exemptions to the Public Records Law, other applicable provisions of law/or common law privileges, such as attorney-client privilege.
Be advised that IT Staff and the Town Manager's hourly rate exceeds $25/hour, but has been reduced to the same for purpose of this estimate. To review the e-mails only, the fee estimate is derived at 2 hours X $25 hourly rate. The total fee estimate is $50. Upon receipt of payment in that amount made directly to the Town of Weston, the Town will continue the work necessary to respond fully to your request. Please note that a records custodian is not obligated to perform the work necessary to compile or provide responsible records until all fees are paid.
