Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
Please provide copies of all proposals submitted in response to the RFP for Contract Paramedic/Firefighters issued by the Village of Western Springs. In addition, please supply a copy of the Contract that was awarded to the Company who was awarded the contract as a result of the RFP. Finally, please provide copies of any and all E-Mail correspondence to/from vendors who submitted a proposal in response to the RFP as well as any E-Mail messages or any/all other correpondeance or documents between Village of Western Spring staff that pertain to the discussion and/or evaluation of proposals submitted in responde to the RFP
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Bid tabulation documents will not be provided until they are shared with the Village Board and the public. We anticipate consideration of approval of an award for the RFP - Contract Paramedic/Firefighter Personnel Services Agreement in late December. Please resubmit your request at that time.
