Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

All correspondence, written or electronic, dated between January 1, 2014 and the date when this request is processed, exchanged between County Executive Rob Astorino, or his representatives, and Bruce Berger, or his representatives.

Records requested include all emails, dated from January 1, 2014 through the date when this request is processed, exchanged between Rob Astorino and Bruce Berger.

In order to have this request fulfilled in a timely matter, I am willing to limit my request to clearly releasable portions of the requested documents. I reserve the right, however, to submit a new request if I am not satisfied with your response.
