Pursuant to the Rhode Island Access to Public Records Act ("APRA"), I hereby request the following records:
Written procedures for access to the agency’s public records, including any records request forms required or suggested by the agency.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

In response to your request for:
Written procedures for access to the agency's public records, including any
records request forms require or suggested by the agency.
It is the practice of the WWPS to accommodate any requests for records in
accordance with the Rhode Island Access to Public Records Act. Upon
receipt of such a request, the information is sent within the required 1-0
day period. There is no form that needs to be filled out or submitted.
The requests are submitted in writing to the superintendent's office and
requested records forward.

My apologizes for the delay in repsonse. WW currently doesnt not have
written policy but we do have a new policy on the agenda for SC approval.
The first reading will be on the June meeting agenda. I will be happy
forward once the policy is approved.
