Any emails between Shane Lyons and anybody at Nike, or involving the word Nike, from September 1, 2018 through October 25, 2018
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This e-mail is a final response concerning your West Virginia Freedom of Information Act ("W. Va. FOIA") request received on October 26, 2018, requesting "Any emails between Shane Lyons and anybody at Nike, or involving the word Nike, from September 1, 2018 through October 25, 2018[.]"
Please note that due to multiple requests received involving a large number of documents, we have a backlog in processing W. Va. FOIA requests. That being said, a similar W. Va. FOIA request related to the e-mails of Shane Lyons and Nike was filed approximately one month ago and documents have been gathered and provided concerning that request. In an effort to expedite your request and provide you related documents as quickly as possible, please see the attached five pages of responsive documents, Bates numbered WVU FOIA #18220-001 to WVU FOIA #18220-005. To the extent you still need additional documents, please feel free to file a future request. Please note that in response to that request, news articles, mass e-mails, and other e-mails that were not personal in nature returned in the search were not provided.
Please note that regardless of the production of these or other related documents, West Virginia University reserves its right to exercise any and all applicable exemptions under W. Va.
