Processing notes for WV Gov office request

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the West Virginia Freedom of Information Act and the West Virginia Open Governmental Proceedings Act, I hereby request the following records:

All processing notes for a FOIA request filed by CJ Ciaramella to your office seeking:

- all communications between the Office of the Governor and representatives of the New Orleans Saints NFL franchise between Jan. 1, 2013 and March 24, 2014.

- all communications between the Office of the Governor and Greenbrier lobbyist Larry Puccio from Jan. 1, 2013 and March 24, 2014.

I do not have a tracking number for the request, but it was received on April 2, 2014 and completed on April 9, 2014.

In this case, "processing notes" includes any communications from the officials who processed my FOIA request, as well as any other documents created during the processing. If you need any additional clarification, please email or call.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
