Reports on the number of gun-related deaths from 2010-present. Please include all available segregable data.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

In response to your Freedom of Information Act request directed to the Department of Military Affairs and Public Safety, Office of the Secretary, requesting "( r ) eports on the number of gun-related deaths from 2010-present. Please include all available segregable data," the Office of the Secretary has no records responsive to this request.

Pursuant to W.Va. Code ยง 29B-1-3, no further action is required and the response to your request is at an end. If you are dissatisfied with this response, you have the right to institute proceedings for declaratory or injunctive relief in the Circuit Court of Kanawha County.
