Pursuant to the West Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All agency contracts, licenses, MOUs, letters of intent, State of Work documents, Scope of Work documents, and other agreement documents with IDEMIA North America.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

One document related to your request was located, please find attached Purchase Order and Agreement between the West Virginia State Police and Idemia Identity & Security USA for Multi-Biometric Solution (MBIS).
Pursuant to West Virginia Code ยง 29B-1-3 et seq., the responsibility of the custodian of any public records or public body to produce the requested records for documents is at an end.
