Pursuant to the West Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1) Any and all records, reports, pamphlets, brochures, correspondence, memorandum, electronic media, including but not limited to: text messages-SMS, MMS, etc., email messages, app alerts, landline and cellular phone messages and alerts, and other form of communications; regarding any and all matters about, within and around the subdivision, Neilland Park, Martinsburg; WV, Berkeley County, WV.

2) As well as, but not limited to: reports, records, brochures, correspondence, memorandum, all media, etc. retrieved, generated, recorded, maintained, stored, etc. containing but not limited MD5 HASH sets and HASH value reports, HEX and HEX tag, any and all data encoded schema files, GIS and location data, TXT, JPG, JPEG, GIF, BMP, PNG, BIN, CSV, PDF, etc. regarding any and all matters about, within and around the subdivision, Neilland Park, Martinsburg; WV, Berkeley County, WV.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
