Pursuant to the West Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Email correspondence, including attachments, from January 1st, 2018 to August 24th, 2022, with Geraldine Jacobson (gmjacobson@hsc.wvu.edu) and members of the 501(c)(6) organization "The American Society for Radiation Oncology" (ASTRO) that has any mention of the "financial survey" conducted by the "Society of Chairs of Academic Radiation Oncology Programs" (SCAROP). The "financial survey" is derived from Radiation Oncology departments at institutions which receive public funding (NIH grants) and/or reimbursement from Medicare/Medicaid.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

In final response to your request and after a reasonable search by the Office of Information Technology Services there are no e-mails that are responsive to your request.
