Pursuant to the West Virginia Freedom of Information Act and the West Virginia Open Governmental Proceedings Act, I hereby request the following records:
All communications, including emails and attachments, and details of all meetings, including agenda and lists of participants, between West Virginia Secretary of the Department of Environmental Protection Austin Caperton and Vincent Devito, Counselor to the Secretary for Energy Policy at the DOI.

All emails mentioning "Vincent Devito" or "Vinnie Devito" in in the possession of Austin Caperton.
Please search for records created between 5/1/2017 and the current date.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

There is no charge to submit a FOIA request. However, there are charges associated with copying the requested information.
