Alec Robinson,
This e-mail is a final response concerning your West Virginia Freedom of Information Act ("W. Va. FOIA") request considered received on July 25, 2019, requesting "[c]ontracts between the ticket office and any associated companies dealing with ticket sales partnerships."
Please note that due to multiple requests received involving a large number of documents, we have a backlog in processing W. Va. FOIA requests. That being said, a similar W. Va. FOIA request (#19125) related to West Virginia University's agreement with Paciolan ticketing company as well as others was filed approximately two months ago and documents have been gathered and provided concerning that request. In an effort to expedite your request and provide you related documents as quickly as possible, please see the attached two hundred nineteen (219) pages of responsive documents, Bates numbered WVU FOIA #19209-001 to WVU FOIA #19209-219. To the extent you seek additional documents, please feel free to file a separate request.
Please note that regardless of the production of these or other related documents, West Virginia University reserves its right to exercise any and all applicable exemptions under W. Va. Code § 29B-1-4, defenses, or privileges, as appropriate. Further, as required by W. Va. Code § 29B-1-3(d)<http://www.legis.state.wv.us/wvcode/ChapterEntire.cfm?chap=29b&art=1§ion=3>, please be advised that this request is now at an end.
Thank you.
