Pursuant to Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
(1) Copy of the boroughs eWaste vendor selection requirements
(2) Copy of 2016 proposal and contract with Sycamore International
(3) Copy of due diligence of Sycamore International including (a) PA DEP General Permit WMGR081 (required by all PA recyclers) (b) Copy of R2 or eSteward certification required under PA CDRA law (c) Copy of pollution insurance
(4) Copy of all email communications with Sycamore International (time period 1/1/2016 - 8/15/2016)
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
