Dear Mr. Powers: You only sent emails, no notes, and only one from Civetta to Fisette. Civetta takes notes on everything, I have photos of her notebooks and her writing in those notebooks! I want to see her notes from their initial meeting wherein they discussed Wellfleet Police enforcement of shellfishing regulations and specifically their harassment of one wild picker without first asking or notifying John Mankevetch who was the acting Shellfish Constable at the time of the incident.
