A digital list of recorded Mortgage, Warranty, Quit Claim, Land Contract, Covenant, Judgement of Foreclosure, Sheriff, and General deeds in Wayne County between January 1, 2014 and the present containing the following attribute information:
- Parcel number
- Document type
- Date
- Consideration
- Grantee
- Grantor.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

This email is to inform you of the cost associated with your request and your plans to move forward with filling it.
While determining the outcome of your FOIA request, we are informing you of the preliminary fees involved with this request. The request requires a report that the Register of Deeds provide at a fee of $0.15 per document. You requested document type information for January 1, 2014 to present. The preliminary fee for your request is 851,275 documents @ $0.15 per, totaling $127,691.25, there may be additional fees to fulfill the request. A deposit would be required before filling the request.
