Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the
following records:

Copies of oaths of offices for each of the current board members.

Copies of or information regarding surety or public school system faithful
performance bonds and contact information for the bonding agent covering
the board members as required by Subdivision 2 of Section 11 of the Public
Officers Law and Subdivision 2(d) of Section 170 of the Commissioner's
Regulations.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and
this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform
me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer
the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or
CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I
look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business
days, as the statute requires.

Re: *Response to Freedom of Information Law Request*

Dear Mr. Parker:

This will respond to your New York State Freedom of Information Law
(“FOIL”) request received by me on December 20, 2021, and follows my
initial response to you acknowledging receipt of that request dated
December 20, 2021. I am responding to your request as the Records Access
Officer of the Watervliet City School District. In your request you seek:

Copies of oaths of offices for each of the current board members; and

Copies of or information regarding surety or public school system faithful
performance bonds and contact information for the bonding agent covering
the board members as required by Subdivision 2 of Section 11 of the Public
Officers Law and Subdivision 2(d) of Section 170 of the Commissioner's
Regulations.

Please be advised that your request is granted. In that regard, the
Watervliet City School District is in possession of records that it
believes are responsive to your request. Per your request, copies of those
records are being provided to you electronically, and accompany this
response.

Any appeal of this decision should be made within thirty (30) days, in
writing to Dr. Donald Stevens, Jr., Superintendent of Schools. Dr. Stevens
