Dear Justin Seitz,

The records sought cannot be found after a diligent search via our computer system and records searched by hand. Out of the records you are requesting, the only ones we would have had, would have been the 911 call(s) and CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch).

Please be advised that within the meaning of California Government Code 7920.530 that no such records exist in this office.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, it appears as if the records you requested are records of investigations and/or investigative files. Please be advised even if such records existed, that such qualifying investigative files and the information contained therein, are exempt from disclosure pursuant to California Government Code 7923.600(a), and the holding in the cases of Dixon v. Superior Court (2009) 170 Cal. App. 4th 1271, Williams v. Superior Court (1993) 5 Cal 4th 337, and Haynie v. Superior Court (2001) 26 Cal 4th 1061.

Sincerely,
