Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am seeking records related to the e-mail fraud case referenced in this Reno Gazette Journal story: https://www.rgj.com/story/news/2016/11/02/rtc-paid-1-million-dollars-to-online-scammers/93212730/

Records of employee disciplinary actions related to the e-mail fraud, for the years 2016 and 2017.

Records related to any insurance claims related to the e-mail fraud, for the years 2016 and 2017.

A copy of the original invoice for which the payment was electronically transferred.

A copy of e-mails sent and received by RTC employees (internal and external) related to the e-mail fraud for the period June 1, 2016-December 31, 2016.

Records of internal investigations, including findings, related to the e-mail fraud, for the years 2016 and 2017.

Records of recovery (if any) of funds distributed as it relates to the e-mail fraud case, for the years 2016 and 2017.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
