Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. All policy documents relating to officer diversity training
2. Any budgetary allocation documents regarding officer diversity training
2. Any educational documents or manuals regarding officer diversity training
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Dylan Kubeny;
I have attach our Departments Policy Manual, which is also published on our website for the public to view. I also attached a "fact sheet" that covers what we have done or are working on related to "Use of Force & Racial Bias" . This is also always available to the public as well.
I have also attached a document that shows our annual budget to include "training". Please keep in mind, the training budget of $92,971 is specifically for purchasing training classes for our employees and does not include Travel costs, this is a separate budget.

As I did on 11/9/2020, I have again attached our Departments Policy Manual, which is also published on our website for the public to view. The Training Budget is what I have shown in the document. We have added Diversity & Inclusion training to our entire department to include officers and civilian staff, which started 12/22/2020.
