Covid-19 (Washoe County School and Health Districts) (Washoe County Health District)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. All data, analytical, and demographic documents on Covid-19 cases both in Washoe County as a whole and the Washoe County School District including all employees and students.
2. All data and analytical documents of Washoe County School District employee losses by any means, all forms of leave of absences, vacations, and sick days both related and unrelated to Covid-19 since March 15, 2020.
3. All data and analytical documents relating to hiring or re-hiring of all Washoe County School District employees to fill absences left by previous employees pertaining to Covid-19 since since March 15, 2020.
4. All data, analytical, and demographic documents on students' choice of type of instruction since the start of the 2019-2020 school year.
5. All letters, manuals, warnings, guidelines, state and federal digital communications, and other Covid-19-related documents sent to and/or received by the Washoe County School District and Board of Trustees.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
