Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

RFQQ-2015-0521 for a Vehicle Passenger/Occupancy Detection System was due in 2015 with the Washington State DOT. I would like to request the following documents:

* Copy of all proposals submitted in response to RFQQ-2015-0521
* Scoring sheets from the RFQQ process
* Contract plus all addendums and extensions associated with an Occupancy Deteciton System (pilot or program)
* RFQQ was for a 2 year base plus the option to enxtend up to 2 years. What was the duration of the pilot? What occurred thereafter?
* Include vendor pricing
* Results from the pilot and/or program including: # of systems, # of incidents, # of rejects, # approved violations, collection rate, payment rate
* If there has been a procurement process for the program (e.g. an RFI, an RFP) please provide a copy of the document and all responses

Please provide documents as they are available.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
