Pursuant to RCW Ch. 42.56 (Public Records Act), I hereby request the following records:
Logs of all FOIA / Public Document / Record Requests requests made from Jan. 1, 2012 through the date of this request.
Please provide responsive documents in their native format with metadata.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

I received the .pdf of your records log.
Please clarify: Were there no requests submitted during the years 2012 and 2013?
Additionally, this document appears to be a spreadsheet. As such, it would probably be easier to provide an Excel file or similar .csv file, as initially requested.
The document you provided while listing requesters in some cases, does not provide documents requested. Are the columns as named, full and complete?

The report is a Remedy based Crystal report and does not come in Excel. However, attached please find a different report (that does come in Excel) with the additional data you request (what records were requested). Data was not captured prior to 2014. Please let me know if you have any questions.
