Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Pursuant to RCW 10.116.040 any law enforcement agency in possession of military equipment as of July 25, 2021 was to return the equipment or destroy it. RCW 10.116.040(2)(a) required: "Each law enforcement agency shall compile an inventory of military equipment possessed by the agency, including the proposed use of the equipment, estimated number of times the equipment has been used in the prior year, and whether such use is necessary for the operation and safety of the agency or some other public safety purpose. The agency shall provide the inventory to the Washington association of sheriffs and police chiefs no later than November 1, 2021." RCW 10.116.040(2)(b) required: "The Washington association of sheriffs and police chiefs shall summarize the inventory information from each law enforcement agency and provide a report to the governor and the appropriate committees of the legislature no later than December 31, 2021."
This request is for a copy of all documents submitted by each law enforcement agency to WASPC and/or any other entity pursuant to RCW 10.116.040(2)(a). This request is also for copies of all documents submitted by WASPC, as required by statute, to "the governor and the appropriate committees of the legislature no later than December 31, 2021."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
