To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to RCW Ch. 42.56 (Public Records Act), I hereby request the following records:
All announcement audio messages used on Link trains and platforms (e.g. "now entering ______ station", "doors to my right", etc). Please include (a) all recordings that are currently in use, (b) all recordings that were previously in use, and (c) all recordings that are intended to be used in the future (e.g. for stations that have not yet opened, if those recordings have already been made).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

We received your request on March 21, 2016.
Given our staffs' workload and the number of requests we are currently handling, we estimate that it will take another 2-3 weeks to identify and gather responsive records. We will contact you once we have completed our search.

Please see the attached source records In response to your request for all audio announcement messages used on Link trains and platforms: all currently in use, previously used, and for future use. We are unable to differentiate between previously used and currently used, as the previously used become obsolete when no longer used. We have no announcements for future use.
