Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
I request please all electronic documents available regarding Proclamations 20-28 & Proclamation 20-28.4 under RCW 42.56, the Washington State Public Records Act. I wonder what criteria was used to write the regulations requiring "remote access" and "telephonic access", which I support.
Please advise if this request is unclear. Thank you.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Excuse me but you just contradicted yourself RE: PRR-2020-183.
You said in the e-mail, "This email is in response to the above referenced request. Attached above you shall find the requested information, as well as an acknowledgment and closing letter to said request. This email concludes your request."
But in the letter you say, "We estimate that we will respond to your request by August 31, 2020, by either producing all of the records requested; or if the number of records is voluminous producing an installment along with a revised estimate for further phases. "
You may want to explain. I also have another request before you due for a response tomorrow, PRR 2020-83.
