Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Between Sept. 1, 2021 and present:

1. Any emails addressed to Representative Robert Sutherland's office from anyone with an email address ending in:

2. Any emails originating from Representative Robert Sutherland's office to anyone with an email address ending in:

- adflegal.org
- generationjoshua.org

3. Any calendar entries, memoranda, or powerpoint presentations in the possession of Representative Robert Sutherland's office mentioning the key words "HSLDA" or "homeschool".

I am a journalist from VICE asking for these emails as part of a newsgathering process, and ask that they be provided on a rolling basis, as discovered.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
