- Any and all records that refer or relate to "EM," "psychotronic," "mind control," "brain mapping," and/or "remote viewing." The date range for this request is Jan. 1, 2017, to the date your office processes this request .

I am a full-time reporter at ThinkProgress, a nonprofit news site based in Washington, D.C. My work has also appeared in The Washington Post, The Boston Globe, The Christian Science Monitor, Al Jazeera America, The Intercept, PRI's The World, and Teen Vogue. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by email attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
