Good morning,

When emailing our office about any request, you need to cite the request number.

For this request (P-1501), records were emailed to you on November 7, 2018.

As stated in my previous email to you, please don’t email our office asking for status updates for requests that have already been addressed, fulfilled, etc. I understand that your company likely uses a bot service to send out these types of follow up emails, however, please desist sending follow up emails for requests that our unit has already responded to.

Thank you,

Sincerely,

Hello Ms. Skewis,

I apologize for the irritation. This request was inadvertently send via two separate email addresses and your communication wasn't properly received. I appreciate the help, and, again, I'm sorry for the nuisance.

Hope you're having a great holiday season.

Best wishes,
Beryl
