Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All instances of the following ORCA Incident Response forms submitted 2020 or later:
* Initial Security Event Assessment
* Security Event Assessment
* Chain of Custody
* Security Incident Report

I am not interested in the personal information of individuals affected by security incidents. Section 6.2.2 of the 2020 ORCA Incident Response Plan indicates that the requested records should not include such information due to the requirement for disclosure under the PRA. If the requested records do contain personal information of affected individuals, I have no problem with that information being redacted prior to disclosure.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
